Shipping

All shipping is made out of our BC, Canada warehouse at this point in time. We will attempt to have your order shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. 

Shipping is performed using either Canada Post, Fedex or Purolator. Tracking will be provided where possible, however not all services offer tracking. 

Most but not all products are shipped sterile, in a bubble mailer. Should any damage occur or the product not arrive, or for any other reason are dissatisfied, please contact us at support@impeek.com.

 

Sales and returns

All first time sales must be paid for in full at the time of the order. Once a relationship is established, if you wish to create a credit account, please contact us to discuss further. 

 

Returns will only be considered if the items are received within 30 days of sale, unused and in their original packaging. Return mailing costs are the responsibility of the client.
